Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Working with District Manager and supervisory team, manage the day-to-day operations of the District,executing on strategies to accomplish planned work, respond to customers and gas emergencies, ensurecompliance and safety, and drive productivity and process improvements. 
  • Review workload analytics, timesheets, and other data to ensure productivity and compliance. Maintainperformance records to ensure proper productivity and quality of work.
  • Drive process improvement by participating in Gas, Utility and company-wide initiatives. Participate inDistrict, regional and other meetings to represent Gas Operations. Participate in Safety meetings; reinforcecorporate messages and practices.

 

Job Specific Qualifications

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• B.S in Engineering
• Knowledge of business and engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated clear and concise writing and verbal communications skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid US driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making; strong planning and organizing skills
• Developed MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel; analytical skills.
• This is a safety-sensitive position, DOT testing required.
