My client is a boutique environmental consulting firm with a growing footprint across Texas. They offer early career professionals real field responsibility, direct mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to complex remediation programs. The Role
You'll support a range of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects across Texas. This is a field-focused position with strong technical learning potential.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Drilling oversight and logging
• Site investigations and field data collection
• Monitoring well installation and gauging
• Supporting remedial system operations and maintenance
• Field documentation and reporting support
• Working alongside PMs and technical leads on active remediation sites
What They're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related
• 1–2 years of environmental consulting experience
• Direct drilling and sampling experience required
• Groundwater and soil investigation exposure
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be in the field
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Texas project experience a plus
