Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead our captive power plant operations. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply to process units, optimizing plant performance, driving cost efficiency, and maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations and maintenance of the power plant
• Ensure achievement of KPIs including plant load factor, efficiency, and cost per kWh
• Drive reliability, availability, and energy optimization initiatives
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with HSE, IMS, and regulatory standards
• Promote a strong safety culture, especially in boiler operations
• Lead and develop large cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) Certification (mandatory)
• 15+ years of experience in power plant operations/maintenance
• Hands-on experience with AFBC/WHRB boilers preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
