Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based web applications
- Perform hands-on coding using Java and J2EE technologies
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues
- Work with MVC architecture and design patterns
- Support batch job processing and web services development
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Java 6.0 and J2EE technologies
- Experience with JSP, Custom Tag Libraries, JavaScript, Session EJBs, JDBC
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and DAO
- Experience working with MVC architecture
- Hands-on experience with Java IDE tools such as RAD 7.5 or higher
- Experience xywuqvp in batch processing and web services development
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.0
- Strong SQL skills with DB2 and Oracle databases
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WebSphere running on SuSE Linux (VMware environment)
- Prior experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
