We are looking for a dynamic Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations for a well known Solar Cell & Module manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations including Production, Quality,Maintenance, Planning, SCM & EHS
- Drive operational excellence, productivity enhancement & cost optimisation initiatives
- Oversee cell or module manufacturing processes ensuring world-class quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, regulatory guidelines and industrycertifications
- Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) for process efficiency
- Lead large cross-functional teams and build a performance-driven culture
- Manage budgeting, MIS reporting, resource planning & strategic plant expansion
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering and leadership teams for new technology introduction
