We are looking for a dynamic Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations for a well known Solar Cell & Module manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations including Production, Quality,Maintenance, Planning, SCM & EHS
• Drive operational excellence, productivity enhancement & cost optimisation initiatives
• Oversee cell or module manufacturing processes ensuring world-class quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, regulatory guidelines and industrycertifications
• Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) for process efficiency
• Lead large cross-functional teams and build a performance-driven culture
• Manage budgeting, MIS reporting, resource planning & strategic plant expansion
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and leadership teams for new technology introduction
