The Nuclear Senior Scheduler will be the managing outage schedules for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, working from our Jupiter West location. Candidates with experience working with Primavera P6 are highly preferred for this role.

**Job Overview**

This job utilizes raw data and coordinates building a schedule using the appropriate program for both Critical Path and day-to-day maintenance activities as well as for refueling outages, depending on the assignment. Employees in this role prepare and analyze daily work schedules to optimize equipment availability and manpower usage, then recommends appropriate modifications. The Scheduler publishes a daily work schedule so progress in that schedule can be monitored.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Develops computerized critical path and day-to-day schedules for online and outage schedules

+ Documents schedule problems, maintains statistics and performs trend analysis

+ Prepares and analyzes work schedules to optimize both availability and manpower

+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**

+ High School Grad / GED

+ Experience: 6+ years

+ Nuclear Experience: 6+ years

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Experience: 8+ years

+ Nuclear Experience: 8+ years
