**Position Specific Description**
This position will be based at our Point Beach facility, located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
The One Fleet-One Team focus of this role is primarily verifying station and fleet compliance with the quality assurance program.
Performs assessments and analyzes facts from observations of various work activities, interviews, and document reviews to discern performance improvement opportunities, including determining the underlying causes and insights to assist the station staff in making the necessary performance improvements in achieving excellent performance. Assessments also include a review of effectiveness of correct actions, records, document control, human performance, adequacy of procedures, and organizational effectiveness. These assessments are conducted by comparing observed performance against established management expectations, industry best practices and compliance to regulatory requirements.
+ Five years or more commercial nuclear electric generating plant experience in operations, engineering, chemistry, radiological protection, training and/or maintenance.
+ Candidates must possess a degree in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, or quality assurance, or a high school diploma with equivalent training and experience.
+ Previous management/supervisory experience in these areas operations, engineering, chemistry, radiological protection, training and/or maintenance
