**Position Specific Description**
This position is for an experienced Electrical Engineer which will be located at our Jupiter West Corporate office. As a staff engineer will have leadership roles including assuming department manager duties periodically. Candidate should be capable of being a role model in engineering principles and as an industry/fleet subject matter expert. In addition, candidate should have directed activities requiring unique expertise and have ability to resolve nuclear plant problems with large impact.
Project supervisory or management experience preferred.

This job directs the completion of projects that require unique industry experience and professional expertise. Employees in this role plan resolutions to large-magnitude nuclear plant problems. Individuals recommend and implement approved solutions and improvements.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Plans, develops, coordinates and directs large important projects or small projects with complex problems
+ Performs activity requiring original concepts and a high level of experience and expertise with little or no supervision
+ Provides expertise and leadership for the completion of assigned projects
+ Leads teams or other small groups possessing special expertise in a particular field or discipline
+ Participates in industry forums and standards groups
+ Assists with modifications, maintenance, tests and problem solving
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s – Engineering
+ Experience: 15+ years
+ Nuclear Experience: 10+ years
+ Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s – Engineering
+ Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
**Special Requirements**
Nuclear Specific Requirements:
+ Plant site operations or maintenance experience: 2+ years
