**Position Specific Description**
Additional responsibilites for the role include document control, records management and procedures processing.
Provide advanced administrative support to the site. Responsiblities include all types of administrative support duties such as data entry, creating spreadsheets, take meeting minutes, answering the telephone, meeting setup, etc. and advanced administrative support responsibilities such as performance indicators, processing red-time, drafting correcspondence, and other duties as assigned. In addition, the OAIII is responsible for observing the administrative staff and providing recommendations for process improvement and coaching as necessary; independently managing work activities; coordinating detailed phases of work within a team; independently prioritizing and coordinating multiple high-priority, time-sensitive requests; analyzing situations and developing solutions for handling issues; and providing recommendations including others in the decision-making process as necessary.
+ Pass Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS): Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information. Also skill in keyboarding from printed text and from printed material with handwritten corrections.
+ Positions in Nuclear Power Business Unit requiring unescorted access to Point Beach Nuclear Plant require applicants to satisfy all Company and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) security requirements.
