**Position Specific Description**
Principal Risk Management Analyst
Employees in this role serve as a subject matter expert for insurance underwriting analysis of claim data, loss forecasts and loss layer analysis in one or more of the following areas: workers compensation, excess liability, property, nuclear property and liability, directors and officers liability, executive excess liability, aircraft and hull, or fiduciary liability. This role is also responsible for ensuring the accurate investigation, processing and recovery of settlements.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Acts as a liaison between business unit representatives, insurance adjustors and other outside agencies to manage property claims
+ Assists in the design and placement of insurance coverage
+ Provides management and oversight of Company’s captive insurance company
+ Performs budget, analysis and financial reporting of applicable plans
+ Coordinates audits and actuarial reviews, develops and implements required processes and ensures plans adhere to applicable regulations and SOX compliance
+ Participates in development of captive insurance programs, including program design and premium rate making
+ Analyzes, recommends, implements and maintains insurance contractual requirements
+ Reviews insurance and indemnification clauses in contracts
+ Act as primary liaison on insurance requirements for the regulated and non-regulated business units, inclusive of participation on due diligence teams
+ Represents the Company on industry, professional boards, committees or panels, as well as internal groups
+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
+ Experience: 6+ years
