**Position Specific Description**

NextEra Energy Resources is a leading clean energy provider with Natural Gas, Wind, Solar, and Nuclear Power Plants in operation in 24 States and Canada. Approximately 95 percent of the Company’s electricity is generated by clean fuels. In addition, we are the leading producer of wind power in North America, and we operate the two largest Solar Fields in the world.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – SCADA & Controls to join the Engineering & Construction Division in our Corporate Office, Juno Beach, FL. Employees in this role have the responsibility of SCADA and Controls tariff and PPA review, early-stage oversight of SCADA and Controls systems design plus execution for large scale energy storage projects. The SCADA and Controls Engineer will be able to oversee the development of controls logic, implement complex programs, create protocols for site verification and certify all SCADA and controls project requirements are met.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s – Engineering

+ Experience: 4+ years

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
