**Position Specific Description**

Our Engineer, Construction and Supply Chain Business Unit is seeking a Sr. Manager Compliance & Support Services to join their team in Juno Beach, FL. This position leads a team on individuals and reports directly to the Vice President – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, development, and maintenance of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) compliance and training programs including but not limited to the following:

+ Coordinate ISC SOX compliance activities including development of processes and controls, maintenance of SOX narratives, SOX testing and audits, procurement operational assessments, training and remediation plans, and quarterly SOX roll forward certifications.

+ Serve as ISC audit liaison with responsibility for coordinating all internal and external audit activity affecting ISC.

+ Support regulatory, law and corporate compliance matters including ISC rate case coordinator, ISC lead for FPSC and other regulatory/legal inquiries, and ISC IT/Security Intelligence liaison.

+ Coordinate NERC, FERC and FCPA requirements.

+ Serve as a member of Corporate Privacy Committee responsible for facilitating ISC NPI data privacy requirements.

+ ISC lead for global trade compliance program in conjunction with Logistics.

+ Develop and maintain ISC policies, procedures and forms and provide ongoing procedural guidance across the department and other business units to ensure compliance.

+ Lead, coordinate and provide management oversight of training program; develop and deliver training curricula to educate ISC personnel on compliance matters; facilitate functional area training including development of eLearning modules and multi-media training materials.

+ Lead team in development of tools and guidance necessary to promote culture.

The selected candidate for this role will demonstrate commitment to integrity and compliance, have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, adaptability, analysis, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, solid leadership, and professional skills including discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Process/Project Management and Nuclear experiences preferred.

**Job Overview**

This position develops, evaluates, implements, and executes policies and programs directed towards providing contracted services and materials for the functional business unit (BU). Employees in this role lead supplier selection, qualification, development and overall supplier management for the entire contract life cycle. Successful candidates recommend and provide input to the determination of financial goals of the BU and analyze industry trends and evolving technology, in order to proactively identify supply base issues and minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and exploit emerging opportunities.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

• Directs and manages sourcing team in efforts to decrease total cost of ownership and increase business unit productivity

• Determines priorities for area of accountability, to create clarity about focus and enable work to be completed efficiently

• Maintains and builds relationships with assigned business units, to facilitate understanding of business and supply chain requirements and to stress the importance of scheduling

• Forecasts projected sourcing requirements and manages the pipeline of assigned sourcing activity, to ensure adequate resources are applied

• Evaluates supplier core competencies and competitive positioning, using industry cost models

• Develops a negotiation strategy that delivers against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers

• Interacts with assigned operating business units, legal experts, and other Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) personnel

• Makes key decisions and/or recommendations concerning sourcing strategy, negotiation strategy, contract awards, and supplier management

• Interacts externally with the supplier community and industry analysts

• Oversees the management of the supplier base, ensuring new sources of supply are being continually developed and that ongoing supplier performance is being monitored

• Reviews and approves a comprehensive list of suppliers for bid processes, to ensure system activation of the best possible supply base

• Increases efficiency by continually improving the sourcing process, driving standardization of common items, and eliminating waste

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience

• Experience:10+ years

• Supervisor/Management Experience:10+ years
