The Customer Service Representative (CSR) interacts with the company customer base via phone and email to identify and win part manufacturing projects for the organization. The CSR facilitates communication between the customer and internal teams to develop quotes, process orders, and coordinate logistics for the opportunities identified. The CSR's primary objective is to develop customer relationships and support functions that lead to closing of opportunities for parts manufacturing and document all activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) program. The CSR will work with the Inside Sales and Outside Sales personnel to assist in the identification of parts, repair, and service projects for the power generation industry. Communicating with existing and prospective customers is primarily done by phone and email. In addition to sales revenue, your performance in the position will be evaluated based on the number of quotes generated, orders received, and prospects contacted. The position will be based in our the Melrose Park, Illinois office location with minimal to no travel.
