You will be joining a close-knit Finance team that genuinely looks out for each other and have a passion for results. The role involves working closely with the payroll and accounts team to assist with day-to-day tasks.

    What You’ll Do
     

    • Data Entry of AP invoices for several entities spread across the globe and set up of payments.
    • Processing financial transactions and corresponding data files
    • Assist with Payroll processing – tax calculations and lodgment returns
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
    • Familiarising yourself with multiple processes within the team
    • Process client receipts
    • Facilitate payment of invoices by sending overdue invoice reminders and contacting clients
    • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

     We’d love you to have:

    • Minimum of 2 years of accounts administration Experience
    • Ability to work in our office during payroll cycles
    • Experience of working with Payroll is also a bonus
    • Good MS Office skills
    • Intermediate-level Excel skills
    • Experience with NetSuite and OpenAir (or equivalent) ERP systems
    • Experience working in a multi-currency environment with foreign exchange experience
    • Legally authorised to work in New Zealand or Australia without sponsorship
