    What You’ll Do


    As a trusted advisor to company executives of a global organization, the Global Communications Manageraligns, inspires, and connects teams through clear, relevant communications. This global role is approximately 70% internal, 20% external and 10% executive communications. We are looking for a dynamic leader who understands what management and executives want to convey and listens closely to what employees want and need to hear. We’re looking for someone to share the momentum and impact of our work with all audiences, with a focus on internal communications.

    This position requires critical thinking and aligning communications with PSC culture, business objectives, brand, vision and values. In this role, you will help drive a culture of engagement, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.

    You will be a member of our global Marketing & Communications business service team and report to the Senior Global Marketing & Communication Manager. This role has no direct reports.


    Your Responsibilities

    • Perform a thorough Internal Communications audit, including recommendations for changes and alterations with an understanding that you will be implementing all changes
    • Work closely with company executives to understand strategic priorities and build an internal communications plan to convey them
    • Participate in leadership meetings as needed to keep current on the business and shifting strategies
    • Manage main CEO internal communications (all employee email, internal articles, all hands meetings, etc.)
    • Partner with other business services (People, Finance, IT, etc.) to support their messages to the organization
    • Partner with Sales and marketing peers to ensure the internal communications strategy aligns with the external narrative
    • Provide useful employee insights to company leaders through formal and informal feedback mechanisms; suggest topics that employees need to hear more about
    • Engage representatives from each sizable team who can help you keep a finger on the pulse of the employee experience
    • Develop compelling communications that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action
    • Produce quarterly All Hands meetings - calendaring, content, in-person experience, team engagement, and post-event survey
    • Draft updates on the momentum and impact of our organization’s major work in the form of slide presentations, posts, and emails
    • Handle shareholder communications (quarterly letter and annual meeting)
    • Optimize the use of SharePoint as an internal communications tool
    • Support Marketing Communications from time to time with writing and reviewing support.
    • Track results and apply key findings to improve future content and engagement; share best practices as a member of the global Marketing and communications team

    We’d love you to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of successful internal communications experience in a fast-paced environment with a strategic and organized approach to developing clear and compelling communications
    • Demonstrated excellent writing skills and networking experience with people at all levels within the organization, including global leadership
    • Significant strategic internal communications experience with a proven track record in supporting executive teams in a high-performing environment
    • Must thrive in owning the end-to-end process of internal communications (prefers individual contributor role with collaboration)
    • Accountable for providing successful leadership, management, and governance of PSC’s internal communications priorities globally
    • Working knowledge of the professional services sector or matrix organizations, including across different cultures and geographies
    • Extensive experience working with senior executives including the ability to build impactful executive-level relationships, the ability to adapt communications to a leader’s voice with a commensurate understanding of how to collaborate effectively
    • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of subject areas and subsequently develop clear communications with minimal guidance
    • Consistently high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the energy industry
    • Change Management (CCMP if possible)
    • Stellar problem-solver with a solution-agnostic approach; Ability to re-prioritize on the fly without fluster
    • A curious mindset and a steadfast bias toward learning

    PSC is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At PSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,307 to $162,461. 

    You may also be eligible to participate in our profit share program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
