Currently, our Labour Relations Division has opportunities for Labour Relations Specialist positions at our site in Tiverton Ontario. The current opportunities are temporary fixed term contract positions with the possibility of becoming permanent positions based on candidate experience, performance and work program needs.

What will you be responsible for?
The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and simultaneous demands. The successful candidate would ideally possess collective bargaining experience, familiarity with the commercial processes and experience working with inhouse unions, building trade unions, and construction vendors. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to this role.
Work location is our site in Tiverton, Ontario (no remote work).
