What You’ll Do
PSC North America is seeking a technically oriented, enthusiastic Project Lead/Senior Consultant - HVDC with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with some knowledge of HVDC transmission systems for a position as a Project Lead. The Project Lead is heavily involved in the business development side of things for our HVDC teams. Our consultants work with developing and existing key clients and major vendors to provide technical support in the development, design, commissioning, operations and maintenance, and project management of HVDC projects primarily in North America while supporting PSC clients in other parts of the world, as needed. PSC Project Leads support both HVDC-LCC and HVDC-VSC technology connected to overhead transmission lines, underground cable systems, submarine cable systems, or a combination of each.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At PSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,874 to $203,617 in US dollars compensation may differ outside of the US.
