Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of Mould preventive maintenance.

• Sensor base machine function i.e safety gate, limit switch

• Electrical hard wiring, Pneumatic, Sensor’s

• Preventive, Breakdown, and Proactive maintenance.

• Pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder repair/P.M.

• P.L.C and controller function in machine.

• MTTR, MTBF

• Implementation of Kaizens.

• Detailed Repair knowledge rather than replace.

Qualification: A bachelor's degree engineering or a related field

Experience: Min 2 ~ 3 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical/ Electrical.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery.

• Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems and develop solution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.

• Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks and make decisions under pressure.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
