Support and mentorship from team members who are authentic, good-natured, and highly skilled. What you will be doing: Complete various HR special projects across business unit. Gain exposure to and resolve routine employee problems or issues related to traditional employee relations matters. Interpret various HR plans, programs, policies, and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management on typical or non-critical items. Recruit, screen, and interview internal or external candidates for vacant positions. Coordinate learning and development opportunities. Maintain confidential employee data. What the expectations are of you: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions/ locations. Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to all levels of management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. This Intership position will be based in BOGOTA COLOMBIA at TURBINAS SOLAR DE COLOMBIA S.A OFFICE. Qualifications: Candidates should currently be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organization Development, Management, or related program.
