Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Controlling for various projects across geographies.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – business analytical services to the business, based on customer requirements.
  • Automated tools/reports design, implementation, and its maintenance. Semi-automated and manual analytical services, and one-off (ad-hoc) analytical output.
  • Supports CP&O Controlling Capability Centers in the implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of Controlling and Planning processes.
  • Facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the Capability centers.
  • Improving and monitoring of operational performance of the Capability Center
  • Working in partnership with other Capability owners on the identification and execution of Continuous Improvement plans and overseeing tactical projects completion. In other words, leading L6S Green and Black belt projects.
  • Monitoring stakeholder commitments and operational risk management i.e., facilitating in eliminating barriers to execution
  • Facilitating and coaching the team to deliver improvement in process capability, productivity, and quality through the implementation of CI philosophy, theory, and application tools.
  • Strategize & use the experience to drive CI capability and culture change for CCC through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible leadership, which includes identification and implementation of opportunities.
  • Innovation – Explore & propose new methods to enhance the capabilities & competencies, to stay abreast with the advancements in the markets (both functional & technological) and align with the Global Capability Owner
  • People development, Training – Contributes to the functional & technological pieces of training, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates
  • Collaboration - Collaborates and liaises efficiently with the relevant business, geographies & functions (Finance, IS, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Stakeholder engagement - Works with functional internal and business stakeholders to achieve optimal results
