Job Description:
- As a Market Research & Analysis Specialist, will be involved in ensuring the sales team understands and follows the process of Opportunity management in Salesforce.
- Provide the necessary analytics and insights as required by the Marketing &Sales team.
- Shall drive the Sales team in capturing correct data in system in salesforce and ensure that Sales Specialists follow the correct processes for the recurring opportunities.
- Take proper actions to follow-up the sales responsibles and maintaining the data quality on the created opportunities
- Coordination of data collection for HBU SFDC views & reporting in the respective tools liasing with local M&S Mgrs, ensure PowerBI data set freeze in alignment with HBU M&S Management
- Tool Maintenance and Development - Dashboard linked to Power BI and SFDC which needs to be maintained, upgraded from time to time and Data Quality to be checked constantly
- Preparation of Reports as follows :
- Support Weekly Flash reporting on opportunities Won & Lost (in coordination with SFDC and the OP M&S)
- Support the preparation of the Bi-weekly meeting MoM and reports
- Support preparation of Monthly HBU reports
- Interface between HBU sales team & the INOPC software team for the development & maintenance of the above tools & dashboard
- Coordinate with all the Sales & Tendering stakeholders, OU & INOPC Tendering Stakeholders
