Job Summary
Under general supervision perform skilled work involving the operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and additions to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems, building furnishings and site improvements.Job Description

Education requirements are listed below:
High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below:
Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers' license. Successful completion of the Construction and Skilled Trades test (CAST)
Shift Work: Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 7pm.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Physical demand level is Medium

Buidling Maintenance A - $29.06 - $43.58/hr
