Provide controlling and planning analytical expertise to the Controlling Capability Center and stakeholders within one or more of the Process Areas as part of the service offerings.

Education requirements
Recently qualified professional courses (CA/CIMA/CMA/CPA/ACCA) would be preferred key skills Robust process understanding both from content and technical (IT) perspective Very good understanding of Hitachi Energy Business set-up and interconnections Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally Good problem solving; analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks. Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives; focus on details Detail oriented, highly structured
Technical skills
Proficient in MS Office and IT systems like ERP, Controlling Capability Centers tools and integrated solutions
Language skills
Fluent in English, local language
Key Responsibilities / Activities (High Level)
Independently Performs controlling analytical tasks and activities within one or multiple Process Areas within , Controlling Capability Centers
Relevant processes are:
Factory Controlling – Controlling for Operational Business Units involved in Manufacturing.
Cost Accounting – Overall responsibility for Financial Cost Accounting, including standard costing, maintenance and absorption analysis.
Reporting and Legal entity controlling – Legal and Non-Legal Entity Controlling which includes Governance and Assurance.
Systems and Master Data Governance – Charts of Accounts, Business Warehouse tools
Functional Controlling – Controlling, Budgeting, Cost Control, Charging Mechanisms, Tax Compliance and Business Partnering for Indirect Functions Project Controlling – Controlling, Budgeting, Cost Control and Business Partnering for Customer Projects
