GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides the leadership and supervision for the Maintenance Planning program. This group is responsible for planning all maintenance activities as well as activities for other organizations, all in support of the Strategic Objectives of Energy Northwest (EN). Responsible for providing a quality product based on current expectations and revision of those expectations based on changing industry standards and feedback from the end-user.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelorβs degree from accredited college or university and a minimum of six years of experience in a technical area (i.e. maintenance, engineering, operations). OR
An Associateβs degree/Technical degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in a technical area (i.e. maintenance, engineering, operations). OR
High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten years of experience in a technical area (i.e. maintenance, engineering, operations).

Pay Range
$108,279.00 - $162,419.00 AnnualMidpoint:
$135,349.00Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
Incentive Compensation
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
