The Hitachi Energy India Development Center (IDC) is the Research and Development center with around 500 R&D engineers, specialists and experts who focus on developing, maintaining - Technology, Products, Digital solutions including product integration, testing, cybersecurity and certification.

The India Development Centre is located in Chennai and Bangalore which includes various product test labs spread over 20000 Sq.ft. IDC collaborates with Hitachi Energy’s R&D and Research Centers located in over 15 locations in 12 countries. Over the past 2 decades, IDC has secured over 150 patents and 200 International publications.

Your Responsibilities:

The team is working on tools and infrastructures to support the service business of Grid Automation Products. As product owner of this team

• You would be working closely with the product manager to create solution to enable the service business to deliver value to the customer.
• You will be working with a software team who will help to create the solutions.

Your Background:

• You should have 7 to 10 years' experience in the power gird automation products. If you have exposure in the service business, it would be an advantage.
• Exposure as Product owner of software team would be preferable.
• As you would be interacting with stake holders and teams, proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
